Spring Has Officially SPRUNG for 2019!

Spring is finally here, which means it is time to freshen up the wardrobe, tidy up the garden, clear out the remnants of winter and, most importantly, mix up your menu. With winter being all about comfort food, spring brings a refreshing lightness to the menu. So without further ado, here are our favourite spring dishes!

We absolutely LOVE our Breakfast Frittata and Sausage! New to the menu, this tasty frittata is full with mushrooms, baby spinach and diced tomato, accompanied with grilled pork chipolata sausages. Packed with protein and flavour, this is the perfect meal to start your day and give you enough energy to kickstart your morning.

 

Beef Stir Fry with Oyster Sauce

With LIGHT being the key term for spring dishes, our Beef Stir Fry with Oyster Sauce is just this! Made with lean Australian beed striploin, sautéed with crunchy seasonal vegetables coated in oyster sauce and light soy. This tasty Asian dish is also partnered with perfectly steamed brown rice... perfect for lunch or dinner!

 

Grilled Salmon with Citrus Dressing

Salmon really is a staple for your spring menu (if you like fish), so there's no looking past our Grilled Salmon with Citrus Dressing! Fat free and full of flavour and protein, this pink fish really is a superfood. This dish features a perfectly frilled fillet of Atlantic salmon, dressed with a tangy citrus herb dressing and paired with green beans, steamed carrot batons and brown rice.

 

Blueberry Cheesecake

It may be spring but that doesn't mean we have lost our sweet-tooth. Light, refreshing and completely satisfying, our Blueberry Cheesecake is the perfect sweet treat to enjoy after dinner, or with a cup of tea or coffee. The only thing we should tell you is that it is completely addictive (trust us!).
