Our amazing team of chefs work together to create restaurant quality dishes that are made to order and can be enjoyed from home, delivered straight to your door. Lead by our Head Chef, Volker Koepke, our team are dedicated to providing the best quality dishes.

Our Head Chef, Volker, is a highly experienced executive chef with a lifetime career in the kitchen. Having emanated from Germany, Volker began his career in Europe working with a Swiss restaurant chain before advancing his career in German and Italy. In Australia, Volker has graced the kitchens of prominent hotels such as The Hilton, The Menzies, The Radisson and Conrad Jupiters. Volker’s love of food is infectious. He says, “every day is an opportunity for invention. It is the prospect of turning the simplest ingredient into something memorable.” Volker leads a team of up and coming chefs at the company’s commercial kitchen headquarters at Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
